We are delighted to announce that we have successfully passed our re-certification of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. This was the first surveillance of evidence of ISO internal processes and procedures since certifying in January 2019.

ISO 27001 is the international standard that provides the specification for an information security management system (ISMS) and ISO 9001 is defined as the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS).

The surveillance process includes the collection and rigorous review of evidence by an independent ISO auditor to illustrate that all our business areas are adhering to the requirements of the ISO standard set down in 2019. Maintaining these standards confirms Systal’s commitment to adhering to robust IT security practices and quality management processes.

Douglas Cumming, Director of Systal said, “The ISO standards are part of our everyday working processes. Our compliance team maintains our Business Management System to the highest standards; this was demonstrated through the audit procedure and gives our customers the confidence that strict controls and governance are in place for all our engagements. This has been a key element in the growth of Systal and underpins our ability to be flexible and agile.”
